Beer and Apple Cider Brined Smoked Chicken $10 with one side

1/2 local chicken, brined this week in Deep River Watermelon Lager and Apple Cider then smoked over Pecan Wood and crisped up in our signature animal fat fryer then tossed in dry rub.

BBQ Egg Rolls: $6 for two Egg Rolls

Pork BBQ, Collards & Chow Chow inside and topped with fresh Chow Chow Smoked Chicken, Black Beans, Sweet Corn, Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese and Chipotle Peppers topped with House Made Avacado Ranch

Brew N Que Now Open in Cary NC

Big Mikes famous barbecue redneck nachosHey all you Big Mikes BBQ fans and beer lovers – Brew N Que bottle shop and farm to table restaurant is now open at 1222 NW Maynard Road in Cary NC – featuring our famous Big Mikes BBQ and lots of beer on tap and in bottles. If you’re in the Triangle, please come for lunch, dinner, or take out.

We’re serving up the usual favorites from Big Mikes, including Redneck Nachos, Piggy Mac, Bacon Wrapped Brisket Burnt Ends, and of course Big Mikes pulled pork BBQ. Don’t forget to pick up some of Big Mike’s East Carolina BBQ sauce for the road.

The always changing beer selection includes nine brews on tap and over 60 brews in bottles and cans. See the current list at www.brewnquenc.com/current-beer-selection. Come and see us at 11:00am to 9:00pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Christmas Eve Turkeys and BBQ

Merry Christmas BBQ fans. So we are starting a new tradition this year. We will be smoking butterflied bacon topped BBQ turkeys and whole smoked prime rib roasts. Pick up will be before noon on Christmas eve to give myself and my crew enough time to get home and spend the holiday with our families. We will also have whole pork shoulders and whole beef briskets or you can purchase by the pound with all of our normal BBQ sides. Check our full menu at apexbbq.com.

Prices: All of the whole cuts of meat will be market price (what you would pay at the store) + $25 smoke fee. You are more than welcome to source your own meats and bring them over for us to cook.

Also, be on the lookout for details over the next week about our store opening. We are in final stages of getting open and expect to be ready for at least craft and local beer sales by New Year’s Eve – kitchen should be permitted by then but the food truck is on stand by in case it takes a few extra days to get all permits complete.
